  • The intent of Mitchell Main Street’s Revolving Loan Fund is to rehabilitate the exteriors of deteriorating properties within the city limits of Mitchell, SD. Interested property owners may apply for a five-year, low or 0% interest loan, and 1^st year payments are defaulted! Funds must be used for the rehabilitation of building exteriors. Contact us for more details.
• BID #3 – Applies to only businesses inside the BID #3 zone.
  • The purpose of the BID project is to create a means of generating funds used to enhance Mitchell’s historic commercial core and improve the business district. The funding will allow for an establishment of a grant fund for building façade improvements. Contact us for more details.
